The family business was landscaping, and I grew up learning about the real type of work. Not a week went by where I didn’t learn something new. I’ve run the backhoe, laid mulch, run electric, pumped septic, built decks, and sweat throughout it all. Each job is crucial to the survivability of a business, and hands too dirty or muddy to pick up the phone can be catastrophic.

As a student at The Ohio State University studying Finance and AI, I want to dip back into the real work. This time, however, I have traded the shovel for a laptop. I founded Leadence to bring Artificial Intelligence power to the people who do the real work. Under my watch, the tradesmen I call my family will never lose a job again.
